Anything not covered inside the original quote will be billed at an hourly rate of $175 an hour. If you are requesting anything outside of the quote or if it is going to cost more your web developer will let you know the rate.
Your site is professionally designed and customized to your business, but you are responsible for your sites content. We will instruct you on things you can do to make that content keyword rich and that will help your site rank higher in the search engines. You are also responsible for any custom images you would like on your site, whether it is pictures of products, your business, staff, etc. We have certain stock images we can use for your site. A normal amount of images is 10 – 15 and is included at no additional cost, additional image requests or image resizing will be billed at the hourly rate.
We will convert your logo into a usable digital format and match your company colors and fonts as closely as possible. The web has limitations on color and font and not everything can match exactly what can be done in print. If you need a logo, that will be billed at an hourly rate unless quoted differently. We can also create custom images or modify your images which will also be billed at an hourly rate.
Sites are usually created in 3 days depending on website type, however, you are responsible for providing content, images, logo, site colors, fonts and picking the domain name you want. The longer you take on providing us the information the longer it will take us to create your site.
A good faith payment of 50% must be made before work will begin on your project. If you are requesting hourly work to be done your web developer will give you a rough estimate of the hours that the job will take, this is not an exact estimate and the project maybe completed in fewer or more hours. You are responsible for a good faith payment of 50% of the hourly cost before work will be done.
You will be working closely with a web developer throughout the process of creating your site, we will do everything possible to create the perfect site for you. You will also be given the opportunity to review the work as progress is made.
Revisions
A revision is when we have finished a significant portion of the work and ask for your input. We have revisions to make sure that your website turns out the way you want it to. We limit the number of revisions included in a quote and further revisions will be charged at an hourly rate.
You will be responsible for providing details of how you want your website from the beginning or you can give us control over the creative process. Revisions are not for completely changing the website from the details provided in the beginning. Revisions are for keeping progress moving forward in the original direction.
Pages
We add content to a certain number of pages based on the quote. Pages are not individually designed, they follow the design of the website. Requesting additional formatting and changes on individual pages will cost an hourly rate of $175 unless quoted differently.
Return / Refund Policy
We want all of our customers to be satisfied with the work we do, however you are paying for our time as website designers and developers and refunds are given at our discretion. You will be given the opportunity to review our work at every important change and whenever you like. This allows for the time you are paying for to be used to your satisfaction.
